I can see why this place has negative reviews. They are unprofessional in getting more people to help join their organization with delayed responses and an unreasonable expectations. It's very sad because a lot of people are in need of these types of services and certainly can benefit from more staff to help them. Next door also has low boundaries and does not take the hint if you are not interested in joining their team, which only adds to the poor experience. Sometimes it is a smooth experience but most of the time the women who work here I feel place labels on clients and discriminate. They report to DA and police too!!! The girl at the desk usually has a problem with eye rolling and twitches her eyes when “helping” Edna seems noisy and not helpful.
