Joe was very patient and was very helpful. He answered our questions, along with making sure we viewed the units we had questions on.
There’s an older woman that works there that has such a horrible attitude. Her attitude is the worst. She claimed to be the manager and if she is, what a shame to have someone like her dealing with customers. Other than that, I’ve had no issues with my unit and when I’ve dealt with other workers in the past, they have always been nice and helpful.
Getting my storage locker was the easiest part of my move. Thank you to Next Door Storage for making this stess-free and convenient!
The people who work here "drilled my lock" (broke into my storage) and stole my electronics... then put a new lock on it (Their lock), then told me to pick up my new key. Then I go in my storage until and all my stuff gone!!!! NEVER RENT HERE THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS PLACE ARE THEIVES EDIT: NO NEED FOR A PLOT TWIST YOUR EMPLOYEES CUT MY LOCK AND TOOK MY PROPERTY!!!!
