Again, an outstanding facility! In an era when customer service is no longer a priority, this is NOT the case with Next Door self storage on Wolf's crossing! Kim has taken care of me over the last 3 years when I have needed space for various reasons. My son broke the key off in the lock and Kim worked with me for 20 minutes to assist me in utilizing her OWN tool from her car to get the jammed piece out, saving me a "cut off" charge of $75! It was a very easy process. Jack took great care of us and helped with the process.
Today is July 1st. 2025, Payment due today. Made the payment today at 7 pm. Daughter goes to the facility to grab one thing and they already have a padlock of their own on the opposite side. Couldn’t wait till next day to install padlock if they felt we were going to delinquent. Keep in mind I’ve had this same unit for over 7yrs now.
Jack is awesome!! Very sweet and kind. He explained everything in great detail, creating a smooth process. Easy access to clean storage space. Will definitely recommend!!
