I can't recommend this appliance repairman enough! He was an absolute lifesaver when our dryer went out right in the middle of a short-term rental turnover going into the July 4th Holiday weekend. I called in a panic, and he showed up incredibly fast. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. Ervin was quick to respond, a rare quality around here. When he arrived he was kind and quickly got to work evaluating our fridge, oven, and even took a look at our AC even though it's not his preferred work. He ordered parts and gave courtesy when he was coming back to install. I can understand why he stays so busy - because he provides much needed and well-executed services. One last note, as a woman who works from home, I feel safe and respected with Ervin in my home and I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks.
