Ervin is one of a kind. I owned an Airbnb in Salvo for a few years and I simply could not have self managed without his help. Irving came by on a Saturday of Labor Day weekend to look at our close to 20 year old side by side refrigerator. He was not able to repair the Freon leak (he showed us that it was more like a stream!), but it sure wasn’t for lack of trying. He shared his knowledge about what to look for in a replacement and his fee was more than fair for the time (and Freon) expended.
Great experience. Very responsive and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!
