This company cost me tens of thousands of dollars through shady work and promises. I was refinancing just as rates were raising around February 2022 I locked in with a local reputable lender at 3.15/15yr. When I was, out of the blue, contacted by Nextdoorlending they guy was super nice, but a bit shady. I even blame my self partly for the c*** show the ensued. I was referred to Next door lending from a friend. It seemed they had competitive rates, however their mortgage officer *************** couldnt keep me on board. He was very arrogant and disrespectful. When I had questions about my appraisal and expressed concern he further demonstrated incompetence in an unprofessional manner which resulted to him hanging ** in my face.Later I found out my appraisal was canceled after paying $500 and getting a refund of only $325. In our initial phone call, *********** F***** told me he could lower my closing costs and get me a lower interest rate on a refinance I was looking for; and we could close within 45 days. I'm pleased to say my loan went smoothly, closed in line with the estimate, and within 41 days. ***** is a good salesman, and he and his assistant, ***** were pleasant to communicate with.
