Called in to inquire about a 3 month medication refill. Asked if it was possible to get the refill without renewing 50 dollar membership or paying the 150 dollar one time visit fee since the courtesy was offered to me before at the same office by the doctor. Even tho at the time I was willing to pay the membership fee. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture back then. Great affordable subscription plan. Fun energetic treatment team. Always able to get in quick to see physician assistant for things like strep test etc.
This office wrongfully charged my bank account. The office manager, Clint, apologized after me continuing to ask for a refund for several weeks. Stated he would issue me a refund. 2 weeks later, still no refund and now had sent me a new email, stating he was wrong in stating I'm owed a refund and claims I was undercharged? I cancelled me membership with them in January and the charges started appearing in April. This office is poorly managed and not looking out for the best interest of their patients.
Amazing attention to what I needed and great response tailoring a specific plan for me to get better. I would like to give a big ‘Than you” to the team for helping me get ready for a hike I had planned for a while, despite some knee issues that popped up. I highly recommend this professional and quick responding primary care group.
