I'm complaining about next day duct cleaning, I believe it is a scam, and they just proved it when they came to my house. I bought a Groupon for duct cleaning and 1 trunk cleaning. The guy came to my house and said that we needed the system cleaned, and I explained to him don't worry about that, I would clean it my self. Which is simple to do, after trying to upsell me on cleaning the system I asked him to just clean what I paid for, and he told me he won't do it, so I asked him to just forget about it and ill find somebody ... read more
