We've been trying for months to try to figure out who to talk to. My mother inlaw got us a $200 gift card to this place and they basically take the money and shutdown with no way for people to get their money back. This was completely shady. We may have to file a suit in small claims court or something. They didn't even leave anything for people to contact. I saw people with blinds from this company say they were never given a heads up. No cool at all. We get our kitchen remodeled and we are screwed.
Disappointed they couldn't manufacture our shutters correctly the first time. Purchasesd sliding glass door shutter for just under 2k and after three weeks of waiting, the product was delivered today. Unfortunately, it wasn't produced as designed and had to be returned. They offered me a discount but there's an obvious lack in quality control and attention to basic detail. I am now waiting several more weeks for them to correct their blatant error.
Ordered some verticals from them. Was willing to pay a little more based on what I thought was a good salesman and their warranty. Was not forewarned about their installation policy. Even though they had a guy come out and measure, neither he nor the salesman said anything about the fact that the installers are prohibited from moving any furniture. I had a wonderful experience when I just recently placed a large order with Next Day Blinds. The product once installed is beautiful but more importantly the customer service was fantastic. My in store consultant had great follow up and was very professional, my installer was on time and super professional. I think he has worked there 13 years and his father had worked there and the service that called to tell me to expect the installer was right on time and professional.
