This company refuses to help you if you want to move your blinds to a new home. It's against their company policy because they want you to buy new (overpriced) blinds. They will "allow" you to move the blinds to a new window within your current home (for a fee of $75 + $25 per blind.) I confirmed this terrible policy with both the store and their online customer service because it was unbelievable. i bought and paid for $4,000 worth of blinds. they get installed. they are the cheapest blind that i have ever seen. they are the equivalent of a home depot $50.00 blind. then i heard a radio ad that states they provide superior products worth far more than you pay...NOT. so then i complain, 1 blind broke in 2 weeks of use, 3 blinds are so cheap and light their own weight wont allow them to drop into place and cover the window, 2 blinds go up crooked and go down crooked. they double talk me into a discount...of $417 plus a $... read more
