I won't go into the whole thing, but take your business elsewhere. They don't care about you.
If I could leave no stars I would. Please do not go here. Save yourself the headache. I went in and was told what the best thing to buy would be etc.. and thought it would be awesome I paid quite a bit and expected high quality. The blind came to me misstrung. One side totally loose and came down differently than the other. The hardware to hang it was missing. I took the old blind in for a perfect match. This is not next day blind at all, it is two to three weeks blinds. Beware of the time. You won't get your product the next day and not way they can install it less than 2 weeks. Don't go there if you need window covering in a hurry. Total false advertisement. I am ok with 2-3 weeks if they are not promising next day blind to us the first place.
