Brian was absolutely great! Solid knowledge, got back to me quickly and was patient with some changes I made. The product is wonderful (even though I went with the absolute baseline) and worth it if you’re staying put in a house for a while. The color that came was accurate and the measurements precise. They either don’t come with directions or I lost them but if you plan on installing yourself ask about that.
