In mid-November 2020, Regina Zuniga provided excellent service in designing blinds for our sliding glass door! Later, Malcolm (LNU) arrived to install the blinds and did a first-class job. Our living room now looks great! We highly recommend 3-Day Blinds.
Great service, great product, reasonable pricing... Update: I called today (8/12/2020) to request a service call within my warranty period for one of my double wide window (top down/bottom up) blinds purchased 1.5 years ago and was jaw dropping shocked to hear that ALL Next Day Blinds stores/business has been closed (the rep said due to COVID-19) forever. Central Park location's phone number rings forward to a new company 3DayBlinds. Rep was very nice in assisting me, but I am in shock over the closing of Next Day Blinds.

After installation service is abysmal. The blinds do not close properly and do not lift properly. Customer service has trouble documenting issues to be addressed. I have to repeat each problem multiple times. Right now, 3 of the 7 blinds on my main floor are not operating. First appointment for repair is 11 days from today. The company has had my phone number listed incorrectly for 6 months. Tried to cirrect it again today. Very frustrating company to deal with.
