We were in need of a wheelchair ramp and time was a huge factor. I reached out to 4 wheelchair ramp companys and Todd from Next Day Access was the only one who responded pretty much the next day. He then proceeded to come 2 days later on the following Sunday and together we developed a plan. He listened to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable, professional and kind.
