really not impressed at all, i have tried numerous times calling to get a lift fixedfor a person who depends on it, and yet NO answers, NO return calls! very unprofessional, JUST CALL BACK!
I bought an after market powerchair less than one year old and very lightly used in excellent condition. Once I got it home, I couldnt get it back together yo work. I called very many times on various line and texted too... they have never got Back yo me in my time of stressful need. I would definitively advise anyone to stay away from this company. I ended up having to pay for a service call with another company. So disrespectful to not even return urgent calls. I will report to the powerchair company too.
Al and Sean gave us excellent advice and speedy, professional service. We phoned Al at Next Door Access in Victoria, and within a week we had two grab bars installed by Sean in our bathtub! Thank you so much!
We were so impressed and thankful for this company. We were having a family crisis and needed an accessibility ramp ASAP. Within one hour of speaking to customer service, a rep was at our door within a hour with a ramp that solved our problems. He also stayed and gave advice about other accessibility issues we were having and even helped move furniture around to aid in my sick father’s care. After much research on the internet searching for a stylish grab bar for my new tub shower, I found these perfect bars by Ponte Giulio. However, there was no Dealer in Eastern Canada from whom I could purchase these bars. After contacting the Supplier in the US, I was given the name of Al Santos, owner of Next Day Access Victoria & Vancouver.
