Josh Kearns and his staff along with those from Pollack Lifts, a division of Harmar, did an excellent job installing my lift/elevator. There are 4 steps involved with installation of a Pollack medium-sized residential lift/elevator: #1: the longest step is reviewing all the elevator/lift types available, speaking with numerous vendors, visiting showrooms or private homes with elevators/lifts and then deciding on the position of the elevator/lift in my home along with the price. I was looking for someone to install a stair lift in my home as I was searching. I found a company called Next Day Access. I never believed that the next day, my stair lift would be completed. Nevertheless, I called Next Day Access on December 18 2025 at approximately 9 AM and on December 19, 2025, at approximately 1:00 PM my stair lift was completed and I had bars in my shower and other places where they were needed.
