Steve has been amazing to work with! I can be a hard customer to please as I am particular on how I want things to look and ease of process. From the start, Steve gave me all the options to look at, was very responsive throughout the entire process and his pricing was fair as well. Very professional and they did a great job assembling. After they assembled it they taught me how to use it and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to rent a ramp and have it installed at my front entry to have wheelchair access to the house with in 6 days. Contacted Next Day Access on Friday with a request using their only quote request. Got a response the same day. Set up a meeting for the following Tuesday and had the ramp installed on time Thursday morning. I cant' begin to say how professional, courteous and accommodating they were to solve my problem.
