This place takes care of the company I work for and they have excellent service, no complaints whatsoever.
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Next Cleaners unless you want your stuff misplaced. Their service is consistently careless and their customer care is abysmal. Most recently, they lost one of my shirts. For weeks, they promised to contact me with updates but never followed through. When they finally admitted they couldn’t find my shirt, they offered to compensate me with only 20% of its value. That’s completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of accountability. I’m so happy I found Next Cleaners. They’ve made my life so much easier with their reliable pick-up and delivery service—my clothes are always returned right on schedule. Everything comes back in perfect condition every time. It’s such a relief to have a dry cleaner I can truly count on. Highly recommend!
