I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Next Cleaners unless you want your stuff misplaced. Their service is consistently careless and their customer care is abysmal. Most recently, they lost one of my shirts. For weeks, they promised to contact me with updates but never followed through. When they finally admitted they couldn’t find my shirt, they offered to compensate me with only 20% of its value. That’s completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of accountability.
