Not only was the company and team very clear and quick with there knowledge and promptness Ian personal made me feel like we were just talking about the weather but we were trying to find the best solution for me an I felt like his only client! I needed to get a HELOC with a second mortgage on a rental property. This was a difficult request that other brokers could not handle or the rates were excessive. But Alex Jarbo from Next Chapter picked my request and got me the loan I needed at a reasonable rate. It was a new HELOC program so I had a lot of questions to figure out how the program works.
