I will never be back to this location. I booked an appointment thinking I would come here last week or on the 11th because I ended up having appendicitis. I end up in the ER was charged because I didn’t cancel my appointment. This is absolutely absurd. It does not say anything or I didn’t read anything saying that I was gonna be charged a fee. How do I not shown up? What an absolute joke. !!!!! Nobody bothered to call and ask if I was coming in either because
Literally if I could give less stars I would. For anyone that does not have insurance, please do not go here, go to Mercy Go Health or any other urgent care. We had an employee go in for a cut from a box blade to make sure he didn’t need stitches. They charge a $335 office fee, and then a charge for whatever needs to be done. His finger only needed liquid glue and a bandaid, the entire visit cost us almost $800!!!! (Yes we could have used WC but didn’t realize how crazy overpriced their bandaids and liquid glue would be!!) I... read more
The MAs and doctor were really nice to me and I appreciate them, but the front desk worker was unbelievably rude. I understand I came in right before closing, but as soon as I walked in she made a sarcastic comment at me, and on my way out I apologized for coming in late in which she responded, “ it’ll come back to you”.
I got decent care, but I keep getting sent a bill and I can't pay it because none of the locations that pull up are where I actually went. So I don't know what I'm supposed to select, and when I call them I can never get an actual person.
I went to this clinic for help and didn't get it..He basically refused me service and said I need to go to the hospital..I told him his site said otherwise that's why I came here...I know my rights..He was talking rude..my discharge paper doesn't say all of why I came in there..He left some stuff off on my discharge paper.. I pray for that man and his puppets..Go elsewhere ironically their name is next care 🙄
