Very unprofessional sales guy and ridiculous financing options. Called about a vehicle I was interested in. Sales guy was pushy about financing through credit union only; said alternate lending is for "locals" and will work if you live in Rocky Mount but not Greenville, make that make sense. Topped off the call with him hanging up on me. Wouldn't recommend if you want quality customer service and need options for financing.
Just left with my new Mitsubishi ! I love how low pressure and chill the whole process was . They answered my questions and even let me use their phone to call my bank to work everything over the phone so I didn’t have to waste gas ! They are one of the best car places lve been to! If you want a great all around experience you’ll find it there ! Thanks Next Car !
