Disgusting attitude. If is not an emergency. Don't go there..
I changed my battery they btoke off the screw and put a tie wrap which too the next day, now my battery is jumping around while driving and and it starting to make issues, they dont want to fix it for free
Next Auto Center was a very frustrating experience. They misdiagnosed my car and told me everything was fine when the vehicle actually wasn’t safe to drive. That’s not a small mistake when it comes to people’s safety. I expected more professionalism and attention to detail, especially with something this serious. Definitely worth getting a second opinion if you go there.
