What a great company! Excellent customer service, quality products at fair prices. I accidentally had my ski goggles sent to their store here in Scappoose Bay when I purchased online. They shipped it to my house in Tacoma, Washington, for free. I have friends and family in St Helens Oregon. Next time I'm there in town, I will be sure to stop by the store, say thank you, and buy some gear because I love gear! 😎🤙
What a fun birthday idea! Invited friends to come paddle for a few hours and had great time. The sloughs around Warren are very cool as well with all the ash trees. I’ll make this a habit for all my birthdays now!
I called and asked if they had the 2 different kayaks that I was wanting to compare. I was told that they had one of them on hand and that the other was at the Portland store. I drove over an hour to see the one, only to find out that they didn't have it. I left there headed to the Portland store (my mistake should have called) to see the other one. Which was not there. Great service and knowledgeable staff. We had a lovely afternoon kayaking around the waterways. Check the tides before you go. Highly recommend Next Adventure Scapoose for a day out of town.
The best experience my husband and I could have hoped for. Neither one of us are water sports savvy. We fish and he wanted to get into kayaking. Every staff member we came across was absolutely fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, gracious offering information, and even offering to demo the products. We first ran into Jacob in the Portland store who helped answer questions about kayaks, canoes, and boats. He moved a display kayak to the ground so y husband can sit in it and get a feel for it.
