I'm super happy with the customer service! I ordered two pfds and two helmets for my daughters recently. They accidentally shipped one helmet instead of two. I messaged the company Facebook page and my helmet was in the mail the next day! I'm always going to look for gear on this site first. Thanks for outfitting my kids!

I saw an ad for next adventure when I was looking for a product. It ended up being 5-10 dollars cheaper than any where else I could find. Found some really awesome products that I didn't even know I needed. Shipping was fast even through the pandemic. package arrived perfectly, all items were there, PLUS, they also hooked me up with some freebies! Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Next Adventure!
Highly recommend Next Adventure’s staff and demo / rental shop. If you are looking to demo and find the right fit their rental staff is excellent. Their sales staff is incredibly helpful but no pressure. Their rental manager recently went above and beyond with customer service to take care of me when I could not buy the skis new that I had recently used as a demo. Will continue to bring my business and recommend their services to others.
