Alejandro and his team were excellent. They helped locate the source of a roof leak and then rebuilt plywood and underlayment with new flashing and replaced damaged roof tiles. They found other issues on my roof with inspection and took care of those. He also built a new tile roof on my new storage shed that perfectly matches the house. They were prompt and unbelievably friendly with amazing service. Very reasonable pricing. Couldn't be happier.
Alejandro (Next 2U Roofing) was doing some work at my neighbor's home and he noticed that one of our tiles was missing. (We already knew about this one missing tile as we heard it crashing some weeks earlier.) Alejandro stopped by to ask if we wanted to have him check the roof. I couldn't be happier with the results! I had to have some extensive repairs to my tile roof due to negligence of the previous owner and to correct a horrible roof leak repair done by another local roofing company. I obtained several quotes and Next2U was not the cheapest, but it absolutely was the most comprehensive. Alejandro is a great roofing contractor! He's fast, trustworthy, honest and does great work. He's fixed two different areas of our roof from hail storm damage as well as rotting/deterioration. He always follows up to ck in our roof after a storm to make sure we aren't having issues. NO ONE does that!!
Alejandro with Next2U Roofing was recommended by someone on a neighborhood Facebook site. He was able to inspect my roof the week I called him and completed all the repairs the following week. After inspection, he informed me of what he had discovered and provided a detailed estimate listing the materials and costs.
