We recently switched our entire commercial office complex phone and internet from Spectrum after a remarkable string of service interruptions over many months, so we moved to Nexstream and have so far been quite pleased. We're new to their service but what I can say is their local techs are very good- smart, friendly and accommodative. Terrible customer service! If you want to be treated poorly and then demanded to pay premium prices, this is the company for you.
NextStream was amazing! We had our line cut by landscapers and they sent out their technician, Rick, within 30 minutes of my call. Rick was able to splice our line and get our WiFi running again. He was above and beyond!! Thank you
Internet was constantly going out. I'd have to call to get it turned on. This happend 2 or 3 times a week till the end were it was daily. They were great about getting their Eqt. And canceling my subscription
