We had Nexstream since we moved into our rural neighborhood ~a year+ ago. Having fiber combined with a then-good reputation of Nexstream was one of the reasons we decided to build in this neighborhood. We were aware of the premium this would come with, compared to the big ISPs, and were happy to do so as long we'd experience good customer relations and a reliable service. We recently switched our entire commercial office complex phone and internet from Spectrum after a remarkable string of service interruptions over many months, so we moved to Nexstream and have so far been quite pleased. We're new to their service but what I can say is their local techs are very good- smart, friendly and accommodative. NextStream was amazing! We had our line cut by landscapers and they sent out their technician, Rick, within 30 minutes of my call. Rick was able to splice our line and get our WiFi running again. He was above and beyond!! Thank you
