I appreciate the professionalism of Lee but so far early on I wish there was another provider in my area. I’ve had Fiber before and never had issues of losing service for hours or maintenance being done during the day. My wife and I work from home and it’s basically crossing my fingers every day hoping it doesn’t disconnect. I don’t want to have to get Starlink because of cost because I may need to in order to have a more consistent connection.

We had Nexstream since we moved into our rural neighborhood ~a year+ ago. Having fiber combined with a then-good reputation of Nexstream was one of the reasons we decided to build in this neighborhood. We were aware of the premium this would come with, compared to the big ISPs, and were happy to do so as long we'd experience good customer relations and a reliable service. We recently switched our entire commercial office complex phone and internet from Spectrum after a remarkable string of service interruptions over many months, so we moved to Nexstream and have so far been quite pleased. We're new to their service but what I can say is their local techs are very good- smart, friendly and accommodative.
