Do not use these either incompetent or corrupt useless money grabbing pretenders to fix your geothermal water furnace. Josh cleaned our unit on a visit and changed a bunch of settings and then claimed our problems were due to smoking and then cut a hole in our duct work. 5 subsequent visits and they still couldn't solve our ac ice on coils situation. Walmar came in, determined that the dip switches were not at factory settings and there has been no ice since. Wow, I still feel off about it. -5 out of 5 rating
Excellent service, quick response, good communications. They are caring and go above and beyond; came out same day to check my broken water heater, managed unexpected follow on repair, and managed the warranty claim. I would recommend them without reservation.
