Dr. Akther is wonderful—kind, patient, and very reassuring during appointments. She takes the time to listen and truly cares about her patients. The other front desk staff I’ve interacted with have also been very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the desk manager ALYSSA has been very different.
