NexPro Services completed a complete restoration after a house fire. Frank and the office staff were excellent. The onsite crew were pleasant as well. Great crew all around.
The owner is easy to talked too, very nice guy, my project was big, it take a lot of resources and effort to finish. I believed every problem can be resolve with appropriate planning, just need to set a goal that is achievable within a set of time. I already knows not everything will not be smooth on a project like this, but I want to thank Nexpro for what they done. I am satisfied with the way this project comes thru.
Fire required my townhome to be gutted. Nexpro came in, walked me through entire process and set expectations. Frank and James ensured I was comfortable before proceeding. Communication was key for me and Nexpro always responded quickly. Regardless of all the moving parts, I never felt out of the loop. Highly recommend Frank and James at Nexpro Services!
Had more than 25 windows installed. What I thought would take at least two to three days was done in 1.5 days. Large group came out and got er done. Also had roof done in 2020 and once again, job was done in an efficient manner.
We had an electric fire in our home between that and water damage from fire fighters we had a fair amount of damage. Frank and his team were here right away I mean same day. They started working on repairs the next day. We are back in our home within weeks just in time for the Christmas holidays. The nexpro team worked hard and was there to answer any questions we had and made us feel like family thankyou so much guys
