Company was much better prior to Nice purchase, now would not recommend will only be a paycheck not a career. Not room for job mobility you will be stuck in position and do not expect much of a pay raise max 3% if your lucky. Some years no raises, management needs refreshed some members have overstayed their time and are dead weight. Sales team is a complete mess has high rate of turnover due to poor management and unrealistic goals and no work life balance 60-80 hr work weeks expected to live and breath Nexidia.
