Chinese junk. Just assembled one from a Home Depot purchase. Super slow quality hardware and terrible instructions that contradict themselves page by page. Most of all, just Chinese sh!t quality.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a part, a new charcoal tray, and all I have received are the handles--twice. I am now on the phone talking with customer service trying to get a refund. I was put on hold, but a different rep picked up and I had to start all over again, explaining how this company can't seem to get the part I order. HORRIBLE!!!!! Avoid.
Do not buy grills from this company. They sold us a used damaged grill in a new box. The top of the grill was poorly painted to cover damage and dents. The top was askew. The stainless sides that the top sits on was dented. Looked like they tried to hammer the grill to make the top fit on. When complaining to the company they said they would send a new top. They had the exact replacement grill cover I need at a good price. It shipped quickly from their Conyers, GA location too. I'm happy to recommend them.
