Lawn service today was thorough and the tech (Rob C) was terrific explaining the products and process. Very pleased with the service and thoughtful approach to keeping our lawn in good shape heading to winter.
We didn't like their service and canceled. They continued to spray and leave bills. We paid several times and asked them to stop coming each time. When they wouldn't stop we told them we wouldn't pay. They immediately sent it to a collection agency. We filed a BBB complaint. Settled and thought we were finally done with the harassment. A month later we get another collection agency letter wanting more money. These people are criminals who take advantage of good people. Rob C of NexGreen texted me when he was on his way to apply the fertilizer. We have a steep hill that needs to be done by hand. He is always thorough in applying his product. He’s very polite and friendly. I know the application will be perfectly applied when Rob C is our man.
