This was one of the worst experiences i had dealing with a contractor. The business is ran basically with Mark the owner as the middle man between the window manufacturer and his installer (Randy) who he subcontracts. I had the windows installed by Randy and he himself did a great job. The issues came when having to resolve issues with Mark. They don't know how. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as they didn't finish the job at my house.
AWFUL AWUFL AWFUL COMPANY. They were fine until we had a problem (screens that don’t fit and had holes not even a year after installing). 7 months later we still have the same problem after they have ordered us the right screens and brought them to us twice. Now we are dealing with the other company directly because they don’t want to deal with Nexgen either. Marc does not return phone calls and he does not follow through on what he promises. We spent over $10,000 and our storm doors are broken. They cant even call you back to set up a time to come and fix their chop job. I guess maybe going to see a lawyer if what they want me to do... Its a fire trap in my house since you cant open the door. $500 a peice on door's and the wont open....
