So happy we went with Nexgen- Prabh and his team were professional and helpful, going above and beyond. We rented a white 20 x 20 white tent, with a clear ceiling, 3 window walls, subfloor and beautiful brown dance floor. It provided 3 spaces for us to enjoy throughout our backyard wedding. First a dinner space that comfortably fit 14 people, second an intimate scene for slow dances and third a fun atmosphere to party the night away. We had an excellent experience with NexGen Tents. They were able to accommodate a same-day setup and pickup, which made a huge difference for our event!! The team was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Pricing was fair and transparent with no price gouging, which we really appreciated. From the first call I made to Prabh (the owner of NexGen), till the teardown and pack up, I felt that I was talking to a person who knew what he was saying. No stupid markups for a certain type of event and no compromise on quality. I experienced professionalism and timely execution. The tents were clean, the flooring was as promised, the lighting was beautiful. Honestly, these guys saved our backyard party! We had been watching the rain forecast all week and decided at the last minute to look for a Surrey-based tent rental company. They responded quickly and arranged a 20x20 tent just in time for our event. The crew was efficient, polite, and very careful — they set everything up without damaging our lawn.
