I had no problem when the survey was done in 2022 when we bought the house. This year we want to add a fence and need a survey for Palm Beach County. Now the problems start. Our survey has a seal on it but is not signed and our contractor says Palm Beach won't accept it without a signature . Me, my husband, and the contractor have called NexGen many times and nothing! At best, Nexgen is incompetent; at worst, they exhibit a concerning level of negligence and dishonesty. They fail to return calls to confirm appointments or answer questions. They rely on subcontractors, leading to inconsistent and subpar service. They falsely reported on my survey a labeled marker that is in fact, nonexistent. Technicians misinterpreted their equipment's feedback, mistaking rebar in our historic 100-year-old retaining wall for a marker. If you value your time and money then DO NOT use this company. After numerous broken promises and down right lies I still do not have a survey that I can use. I have called and spoken to several people including management and still no complete survey with digital stamps. I called another company that came out and returned the survey in its entirety. Please please do not use this company. The first time I called in I spoke with customer service who was not knowledgeable of what i needed. They will not be open with you or ask any details of your plans and why you need these surveys. They are company quick to take your money and then your screwed because the document is useless. Please do your search before acquiring this company.

Awful company to deal with. Terrible customer service. After weeks of broken promises numerous ignored emails I finally gave up. I guess this is what they wanted. I’m left with a useless survey and $400 worse off. DO NOT use this company. I would say you get what you pay for, but not with these people.
