Despite a few frustrations with the field subcontractors with their onsite visit, I have to give credit where it's due: the drafters at Nexgen are excellent. The final drawings were clean, professionally presented, and surprisingly well-organized given the rough field data they had to work with. It's clear the drafting team knows their stuff and put in the effort to correct inconsistencies and flag anything questionable. This company is a very unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, they send subs out to do the survey work and can not follow directions. They are very happy to send you a bill even when nothing has been done. They are not cheap either. No deal for poor service and bad communication.

If I could set the rating at ZERO stars, I would. This company NEVER returns any calls, NEVER replies to any forms submitted via their website. I don't understand how they stay in business. Avoid this company.

I had no problem when the survey was done in 2022 when we bought the house. This year we want to add a fence and need a survey for Palm Beach County. Now the problems start. Our survey has a seal on it but is not signed and our contractor says Palm Beach won't accept it without a signature . Me, my husband, and the contractor have called NexGen many times and nothing! At best, Nexgen is incompetent; at worst, they exhibit a concerning level of negligence and dishonesty. They fail to return calls to confirm appointments or answer questions. They rely on subcontractors, leading to inconsistent and subpar service. They falsely reported on my survey a labeled marker that is in fact, nonexistent. Technicians misinterpreted their equipment's feedback, mistaking rebar in our historic 100-year-old retaining wall for a marker.
