Mark at NexGen was super kind and knowledgeable! I highly recommend dealing with this group if you want to have your property surveyed. After calling the office and speaking with their nice receptionist, they sent a crew out in about two days to do the fieldwork. I won’t hesitate to hire them in the future. Thank you, Mark!
I had a survey from 2020 from NexGen which outlined one double lot parcel with Lot 43 and Lot 44. They made me get another survey to do a lot split and write two legal descriptions. The property hasn't changed. They also messed up the new survey when they sent it back that on paper makes me lose acreage which also varied from the very pin the previous surveyor from their own company placed on the site. They did the survey on my home purchase nearly 4 years ago, closing went well with no problems. Needed a survey for some work I’m having done and was able to call Glenn who was able to email me the original survey from when they did it at the time of purchase in minutes. Glenn was incredibly helpful.
Marc does not back up what he says. Disappointing.
Hired them to complete a survey for the purchase of my home. Two years later I contacted them to complete a topography survey for the purpose of bringing some fill dirt in. They stated that their employ since retired who completed the survey so they cannot use that survey and require a new boundary survey to complete the topography even though there have been zero changes with the property and structure since the previous survey they completed.
