Great customer service: Shannon went above and beyond dealing with the insurance company personally on my behalf to increase the settlement. Then sent his crew out to provide a fantastic job. My roof was removed and installed in 1 day with no issues. My yard was cleaner when they left and all patio furniture was in place. This wasn’t just a job, it was an experience! Shannon, owner at NexGen Roofing was spectacular in his work with the church in Colorado Springs where I serve as Senior Pastor. We had a crisis need to have our roof repaired and installed in a very short amount of time. Working with local contractors, he was able to come and have the roof completed within the few days required, and the service was amazing! The new roof is fabulous!
