It was awesome to get the blessing from God that you never expected. I seen the work that Shannon and his crew did next-door and Shannon took the opportunity to ask me if I’d like to get pictures of what damage is on our roof and I said I’m sure my brother wouldn’t mind so he wouldn’t head and took pictures and I was amazed. He took his time, but he wasn’t slow and he had 30 pictures and outlined them with chalk and you could see where they were damaged. Great customer service: Shannon went above and beyond dealing with the insurance company personally on my behalf to increase the settlement. Then sent his crew out to provide a fantastic job. My roof was removed and installed in 1 day with no issues. My yard was cleaner when they left and all patio furniture was in place. This wasn’t just a job, it was an experience! He explained in detail what was expected of him and went above and beyond to complete a whole roof plus replacing 10 sheets of decking in one day
