Mike had detailed knowledge of the issue I needed to have repaired, even though my vehicle is more rare and somewhat unusual.
Very good thorough analysis and explanation of everything they had to do to our car.
Everyone I worked with was approachable and thorough, everything they performed on the car was cleared before hand by me and shown when completed to confirm. I would recommend this place to anyone in need, and I do plan to come back for future car services.

Had my 2026 KIA Sportage in by NexGen Automotive to get a trailer hitch installed for a bike rack. Done within a day and they did an amazing job. Looks beautiful. All that set aside. Mike was an amazing person to work with. He explained every detail all the way down to the torque I needed if I take the receiver off and replace it back on. Gave me great advice on keeping the brand new Kia running in tip top shape as well. Thank you Mike for a wonderful experience.
