My car had a ton of things wrong with it. The wheel was about ready to fall off, and my previous repair shop did not do a great job on the steering column. NexGen did an excellent job on fixing everything that needed to be done, and made recommendations for things we could do on our own to cut the costs down a bit. The price of repairs was expensive, but WELL worth the money to know that my car finally was checked out thoroughly and fixed so I can have a safer vehicle. You really get what you pay for. Dax & the guys were very friendly and professional. They explained everything to us in detail. They even showed us the parts that were replaced on the exhaust flex pipe and cabin air filter. We also got a new battery.
Fantastic customer service from NextGen Automotive. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle finding issues with it and also performing the maintenance I requested on it. Just be aware that they can be a bit expensive, but the reason for that is because they only use top quality parts so you know you're getting your money's worth for the work being done on your vehicle.
I go to NexGen for my emissions. They always fill my tires without hesitation. During a visit I asked about my tire life to which they measured and assessed. They gave good feedback, not pushing to replace but gave me reasonable quotes when I asked.
