Terrible customer service!!! Used them for rechecking a specific test on a sample. After discovering they were running the incorrect method tried to explain to them the difference and was told off by the manager. No attempt to even look up the method to verify if I was correct just a rude response. Not professional whatsoever. Do not recommend.
