I ordered a valve body and spoke with Justin to ensure that it was matched to VIN. When it was installed the car would not start. I called Justin and he stated he would send me another one and credit me $250 toward my cost of installing and removing it. I received another unit and this time it worked. I send my original and the defective unit back using provided shipping labels and received the $60 return credit and the $250 to my credit card. Justin was responsive and good to deal with.
