He is able to tailor aspects of the training sessions to accommodate my limitations. His personalized approach ensures that exercises are performed correctly and efficiently, maximizing the benefits while making them challenging and achievable. Great place! Will be coming back.
Love the place. The amount of classes are basically limited to working hours so I'm unable to join. Would love if they expanded in the evenings.
