NexCycle has been a game changer for me. I came in looking to regain my fitness and recommit to feeling strong — and this studio delivered. I've lost weight, built real strength, and feel better in my body and mind. I look forward to every single class. All the trainers here are motivating and you're never just a face in the crowd. The community vibe makes even the hardest classes fun. Highly recommend this gem of a local studio.
I took the new Bootcamp class with Bernie today and it was great! Fast moving, challenging and fun! I’m definitely going to sign up for his next class!
Was looking for a challenging, fun, and welcoming class on long island and found it here! It feels like small group training in every class. James is attentive and cares about motivating everyone in the room to be their best! Can be found on ClassPass too!!

I started attending NexCycle while recovering from bilateral hip surgery. James’ attentiveness has helped me on my recovery journey. He is able to tailor aspects of the training sessions to accommodate my limitations. His personalized approach ensures that exercises are performed correctly and efficiently, maximizing the benefits while making them challenging and achievable.
