We looked for a house for months! And were always turned down because credit Nexcasa approved us in a day and we bought our home in a week great service and answered my thousand questions I had great customer service! Highly recommended
I am a neighbor of one of their properties. They take horrible condition of their property, are bad neighbors and when you call them to try and talk to them about the condition of their properties, they hang up on you. This is amazing to me. How can people like this even stay in business.
We are so glad to be out of one of these managed properties. They refuse to listen to any repair request you give them and try to raise your rent every year despite rent in neighborhood going down. They don't care!! They had the nerve to offer us money off our rent if we gave them a good review!!!! WE LEFT them as soon as lease ended!!!!!!!!!! BYE BYE FRAUDS
There should be a NO STAR rating for Horrible horrible companies who only intent is to steal from others. Trying to deal with this company is not only draining but seriously frustrating. We decided to call them on one of their Owner Finance Deals a few months back. After we told them we had a realtor involved and wanted an attorney to review any the sale they became adverse and rude.
