My 12 m. CD with Nex is now more than 1 week after maturity date given that I had called them a couple days prior to maturity date to make sure fund will not auto renew. It took so many emails thus far and proving to get my fund back thru the mail. At this point, the banker ignore my request on update of getting my funds back. I don't even know when they will return my fund matured. I will seek FDIC congressional intervention from channel my Godfather knew well and work with. Be ware to all as there are lots of choices.
This company should be ashamed of the threatening, spamming letters they send to financially responsible homeowners. Ignore all messages from this company and DON’T USE THEM. Also, if they say they care about feedback, I asked their employees multiple times to stop calling and mailing us, and they continue to do so.
I opened a Certificate of Deposit. It took a very long time. Then they withdrew money from me. I only found out about it a week later, when I looked at my account at another bank. There was no information about the account number or the transaction. It was very difficult to contact. Finally they contacted me. Issue resolved!
