I should have read Google reviews before joining Nexamp. Don't you just love their packaged responses to these reviews/complaints? They are all the same, don't really answer anyone's review/complaint, and are just insulting. They are the same when talking with them or emailing with them. Every time you have a discussion with them, you grow more frustrated at their inability to explain anything of value to you. It was a terrible experience. I paid 30% more than with Unitil alone, customer service was not helpful. When I asked to cancel, they refused to accommodate for many months. This is not a cost saving strategy , I believe it’s a bit of a scam. You can’t figure out the unit of energy you’re paying for: they billed me for the panels allocated, I couldn’t wait to end it.
Absolute scam. Don’t fall for it. Read the other reviews.
