I have been with Nexamp for about 8 months and have been very pleased with them. Their program and information are clear. I like helping the environment and saving $$$ at the same time. I highly recommend them.
Customer service is NONEXISTENT!! I dont have a log-in for my account, and I'm UNABLE TO UNSUBCRIBE from the service. They are forcing me to pay them when I dont want to. I have called only to be hung up on, and the emails go unanswered. A lot of BS for little to NO savings!!!!. You will pay these robots money for 10 dollars of "savings" total scam!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!! (WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!)
I think it is so stupid to have two light bills When I first signed up it wasn’t doing anything to help with the light bill I called National Grid up told them I wanted only National Grid I thought that I was only with National Grid then I get a phone call saying I had a credit put to my National Grid Bill Well it really wasn’t a credit They credit the first time 15. Monthly bills have almost doubled over the past year. It’s a scam.
If I could give less them less than 1 star I WOULD... I was a customer. The cost increased every month. So decided to cancel the service. I had a $574.65 credit on my National Grid bill that was wiped out. Statement reads "VDER Returned Banked Credit to Host". National Grid states they have no control. The credit went back to Nexamp. I called Nexamp and they state it is National Grid kept the credit. A huge Merry go Round. Do yourself a favor and run away from NEXAMP as fast as you can!!!
