Run! Run! Run! There is no savings. Its all lies and confusion. And they to cancel it take 6 months. Do not...DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS SCAM! This company is a SCAM! They told me I would save on my energy bill, but instead it went up DRASTICALLY. There was a whole month I was out of the country, and as I done in the past, unplugged everything, and I got a regular bill as if I wasn't out of the country. The billing situation is absolutely dismal and the email customer service is horrible. I don’t know if I actually saved any money but after 3 years (approx) I’ve decided to cut my losses. Not billing customers for months and sending them huge bills during then holidays is not a company I want to do business with.

Worst billing experience I’ve ever had with a utility service. Nexamp makes it nearly impossible to understand how you’re actually saving money, if you’re saving at all. You get two different bills, full of confusing credits and charges that never line up, and they don’t provide clear explanations. It feels like the system is designed to keep customers in the dark.
