Great company!
Worst billing experience I’ve ever had with a utility service. Nexamp makes it nearly impossible to understand how you’re actually saving money, if you’re saving at all. You get two different bills, full of confusing credits and charges that never line up, and they don’t provide clear explanations. It feels like the system is designed to keep customers in the dark. What a joke. A company selling bs solar power. Read up folks they are not safe for the environment or humans. Thank God President Trump is cutting funding for these sharks. Funny thing is in Illinois they gave big fat Pritzker 2 billion… have a huge office in Chicago and they are raping the land downstate.
Poor customer service. All I get is notification of payment being processed. I cannot verify any savings with this company. It appears I pay them more than the discount I receive on my electric bill. I'm wanting to be out with but cannot get them to verify they are processing my cancelation notification. It takes them 90 days to final out. In my opinion, stay away from this company. They are not ready for prime time yet.
It has been about 9 months since I started with Nexamp. My experience has been everything I wanted without any problems. I wanted Community Solar. I've got that plus saving some $ in addition. (I was surprised to learn how little of my Ameren bill actually went to electric energy generation). Nonetheless I am happy to know my payment goes to solar power as opposed to coal.
