I’m not sure who the fellow was behind the counter today. He was very rude and acted so bothered to help any of the customers in the lobby this morning. There was myself and 3 other gentleman that he basically told to shop down the street because Airgas had better products, even though I was looking directly at the product I needed. He proceeded to tell me that he did not know how to order a part that was not in stock.Nexair lost our business today. I have an Airgas Rep stopping by Friday to get us set up.

The guy at the counter sucks. Worst customer service. He literally makes you feel like you shouldn’t be there. Very unhelpful. I had a question about my account and he couldn’t, wouldn’t, and wouldn’t try to help. Just says to call hq and ask them. Really pretty wild that he has a job.
