After they took over it was a pain to pay my bill. I could no longer drop by the store and pay. Auto pay had to be set up through fax or mail. Now they closed my local store with no notice. It is over an hour round trip to drop this bottle off at the nearest store. And, you can't even call the stores anymore to sort out your best options. Would be zero stars if possible.
