The owner of the company omitted a very key piece of information during the recruiting process with me about bringing my team over. I had five employees in addition to myself that were joining me and we spoke at length about how we could arrange their compensation plans. What he neglected to tell me was that I was going to need to write NEXA a check for $892 for each of those five employees to set up a reserve account for them. I only give 1 star because negative 0 is not an option!! I would not recommend a dead dog to this company because of the horrific 6 months experience I encountered. The agent, Lisa White is ignorant, unprofessional, don't know real estate procedures laws or form processing and needs to find the exit door to the real estate industry. She literally took vacation, left no one to oversee her files, did not respond to emails or text messages or apologize for the gap of non communication, argued with the agent that represented me.... read more

DO NOT WORK WITH the big corporate company. You are just a another dollar to them. They messed up my closing twice now with me having to pay $7,000. in extension costs. This is over something THEY messed up and I had no control over. My broker did NOTHING to get this resolved. Guess everyone is making too much money these days.

DO NOT WORK WITH mortgage broker, Mitch Kruger. He is completely incompetent and is taking no accountability for his actions. I had the very unlucky privilege of him being my broker for a home I recently purchased in MN. He first had the wrong closing date and was working towards that date unbeknownst to anyone else involved, causing us to not be able to close. I call this company i send all paperwork i pay over the phone for a copy of my credit report and at the end shawn refuse to gave me a copy of the report even when a pay $30 for that report
