Had hybrid flooring layed over tiles over a year ago. Within months the floor started lifting. Navi came back and removed that flooring from main areas and installed a new hybrid textured floor. This floor has also lifted, pinches feet when walking, never finished the bedrooms or second loungeroom and we are still waiting on a full refund. New flooring company said hybrid flooring needs plastic underneath to allow for movement to avoid lifting. The current floor has no plastic underneath. Job is still incomplete after nearly 2 years. First floor failed. Second floor is a cheap product. Still waiting for a solution.
