Rude, incompetent and dishonest. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save your money and sanity and use another company. I gave the rating of one star only because zero was not an option.
I'm very pleased with and would highly recommend NEX Worldwide Express. Used them for the first time last month. Mailed a package from NY to Australia. It was in Australia in 3 days, delivered to the recipient by day 5. All of this at a significantly reduced shipping price. (It was over 50% less than DHL or Fed-Ex).
