Was not impressed with the service her. The only sales lady we saw was in her cell. When we entered, she didn't even look up. Not once did she move from her service counter desk. We had to go to her to get assistance. We really wanted to support the NEX, but with BAD customer service, why? I mentioned we came in for a bed frame and knew there was a scratcher for the labor day sale. Nothing, no sales pitch, encouragement to check out the main store. Just back to get cell.
